Bring it back!

If you could demand a certain company to bring back a series from the dead and release a sequel for it, what would you choose?

For me, I would definitely choose another entry in the Chrono series, a sequel to:

SE needs to bring Chrono back. They make a lot of games, they should just replace one of the 50 FF titles they're doing with Chrono. Awesome series!

What sequel would you like to see? A sequel to Vagrant Story perhaps? Super Mario RPG? What do you guys think?

I agree, Square Enix could do something besides all those Final Fantasy games, but they seem to be selling very well.

Anyway, I know it's being made, but... RELEASE BANJO-THREEIE!!!

• Xenogears - I don't count the Xenosaga series, while good it also doesn't hold a candle
• Lunar - don't count the DS garbage
• Breath of Fire - they took an odd route with Dragon Quarter, but Capcom has money in their eyes so BoF is probably dead
• Star Tropics
• Alundra - the second sucked hard, but the first was about the only thing I could honestly say stands head to head with Zelda
• Parasite Eve - I don't count Japan only cell phone games as viable entries
• Vagrant Story

not only was it a prequel (which is fine by me), but it sucked so horribly. We need one that relates MORE to PD and less to any other FPS on the market. PDZ took everything good about PD and crapped on it with it's awkward gameplay and corny atmosphere. And to top it off, it played nothing like the original and tried to be a halo knockoff. They even butchered the lap top gun. That, in and of itself, is deserving of an execution. /rant

B/c the Paper Mario iterations with each release step further away from the Super Mario RPG feel/design. Closer titles to Super Mari RPG are the Mario & Luigi releases imho.

It's a shame really. PDZ just didn't come together like it should have. The developers strayed too far from what they had already accomplished in PD. Joanna herselfwent from being cool, collected and smart in Perfect Dark to a trigger happy air head in PDZ. I mean seriously, the two characters were almost nothing alike. I hated the Joanna Dark that appeared in PDZ and at the same time, the Joanna Dark that appears in Perfect Dark is my favorite female protagonist of all time.

Another thing that completely annoyed the hell out of me in PDZ was the incredibly slow pace. Honestly, it felt like you were trudging through a pool of molasses and God forbid you pick up something like a Sniper rifle or the M60. Not to mention that the shooting itself was hard as hell to do because the croshair seemed to slide around the screen in some unnatural fashion every time you looked around.

Now If the developers go back to what was so great about Perfect Dark and stay true to their original vision, then we could have another AAA FPS on our hands.

turok 1 and 2 r easily among my top favorite fps's. and probably 2 or my overall most highly played games

o, and as the guy above me said, a new dino crisis (or at least a remake) would be sweet too
