I remeber last E3 when MS showed that 'trailer' and every lem claimed it was gameplay. The diffirence between that 'trailer' and what we see now is massive. So massive that bungie will never live up to their original promises.goblaa

Actually it was claimed Real-time and was proven by Bungie to multiple game sites.  Also you cant compair the trailer to the now beta of mutliplayer because that Real-time video was for the single player which always has looked better in the Halo series.

Anyway its to early still to say whether or not they will reach their goal but till then its pretty pointless to argue about it since all we got to go off of is 1 alpha shot from last year of the campaign.

That trailer was In-engine which means its runing off of the same hardware/software they are using for the actual game. Halo is actually still 6 months away, there are games out now that look like they were made in 6 months(Gundam PS3). All we've seen are beta shots, not SP which logically always looks better than MP, so hopefully we can expect to see an upgrade by launch.

Can't judge a game that has yet to be released. If that's the case then why play any game. We can just watch early clips of games 1 year before the release and rate it then.

Wait to judge the game. I am sure everyone who has a smart negative comment about it will be surprised when it is released.

The topic is not about just its graphics. Its to counter all the negative about its graphics...and to give my opinion on it.. as countless other fanboys have since the big Halo3 beta reveal. I have a question of my own though, why ask someone "why make a topic about its graphics" who actually likes/supports Halo instead of asking the dimwitted morons who bash visuals for a game they never played, notice how every topic of theirs is never about gameplay!

Yes, it makes them feel l33t because Halo is obtainable by everyone therefore 'tis to casual/easy, its pretty hilarious. Thats the way all popular games get treated. GT4, GTHD and Forza is compared to GTR for the PC. Halo is compared to HL2, UT04. The sims is compared to Second Life; etc etc. Mainly those are PC games which are not nearly as "trendish" as consoles are.

No ones saying there not "good" but there not what one would expect from halo 3,the most anticipated game on Earth.blacktorn

When you say "one would expect from halo 3" are you passing that off as the general thought of everyone or just yourself? Despite what you or others think of it has no bearing on my thoughts of the game, and why should it? Its not as though I have to seek approval from aynone here to buy/like Halo 3.
