Bungie's Next Project?

Rumor mill in EGM suggests a MMOFPS ala HuxleySpartan_3

if they made a halo MMOFPS that would be soo amazing, but I know they wont so im going to stop hoping. I would take any FPS from them tho MMO or not.

It's gonna be a new IP. They hinted it during the Legendary extra DVD.

And it's not gonna be a FPS.

I'm super excited!

Im talking about hype wise. I dont think we will see another game with as much hype and buzz as Halo in a very long time if ever.

yeah maybe so, but to be honest Halo is a beast of its own. GTA4 may sell more, but it wont get its own segment on CNN unless if its for controversial reasons.

There next project is Halo related, they almost announced at E3 remember? But in one of the weekly updates they said they are working on three projects and at least one isn't Halo related.JakeTD21

i think that announcement was for the new full map editor add on to halo 3, not their next project, but i could be wrong

Sounds excellent. I am actually am relieved that they are not going to make another Halo. You cannot blame the guys for wanting to do something different either, as they probably got somewhat jaded. It will be interesting to see what they can do outside of first-person-shooterville. Personally, I would like to see them try their hands at an RPG of sorts.

if their next project isn't halo it needs more halo
