BURNOUT FRANCHISE >>> any other racing franchise

personally, i love the burnout franchise alot more than any other racing franchise. I admit, i haven't played paradise yet but i am anxious to pick it up as soon as i get my 360 back from microsoft (yea yea, rrod, save that for another 360-hate thread).

i know alot of people love realism and stuff like that, but the speed and action factor of burnout just can't be beat by any other racing franchise.

anyone else agree?

also, is Paradise another great addition in the franchise? let me know if i should pick it up.

Any ARCADE racing franchise. You can't compare it to GT and Forza.

btw, if you prefer burnout to other racers, I think that sort of means you dont like the racing genre. It's almost like mariokart in how there are so many aspects to the game that aren't really about racing

Maybe that is the reason why those two are my only likeable racing games.

I prefer mario kart games. I also havne't given burnout much of a chance yet(though i'll probably try out paradise sometime soon, when i'm done with some other things).

But, then again, i don't really care for the racing genre. Not that burnout is a great representative of this genre(it's pretty crazy! i'm not saying its not quality).
