get the 32" dealy. When you break it down, its either 15 more inches on a tv or a WHOLE new next generation console.

Wow, no question, opt for the 32" and both systems.

47' and one system.

Whoever is telling you otherwise is not thinking very clearly. The other system costs waaay less to save up for than a bigger tv. Plus you can wait on the PS3 for a another year or so.

I say go with the 32" just because the 47" is overkill, unless your setup is in a large room.

47 inch TV and a 360. You can wait for another year til the PS3 gets some good games.

47 inch and 360. PS3 has lost almost all its quality exclusives, no point in buying one if all the game will be on 360 as well, with better graphics too.

HD is praised far too much. I won't say it's overrated, because this is just my opinion, I find it's far from the "second coming" you'd think it was listening to some people here. It doesn't make a huge difference. Go for the smaller one and get both consoles.

I have a 42" HD plasma and I admit HD is very overrated, but I still prefer the size, it truly is a qualityentertainment experience, in my opinion at least.

Get the PS3 package deal from BestBuy. 40" Bravia and a PS3 for $2089. The TV alone is $2000 and if you don't want the PS3 then sell it.

Unless your sitting several rooms away from your tv, the 32 inch will likely look better, becuase it probably has a greater ppi. Also, 2 next gen consoles are better than one right?

Not everyone games in their bedroom. It would be awful to have to game/watch movies on a 32" in a livingroom.

I was about to say, you don't buy the TV based on how big you want it to be, you buy your tv for the room you are putting it in. I have a 32" HDTV LCD, Sony bravia in my room, and its the perfect size for my room. See below : ( BTW OLLLLLLD Pic )

now imagine that same room but with my brothers old " TV : ( Again.... OLD PIC )
