Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Purchase Poll.

Hello all. :)

I know there have been several threads about Call of Duty: MW2 recently; asking whether or not you will buy purchasing it or about the delay of the PC version. But I would like to make this thread - Poll included - to find out which of will be purchasing the game and for which System. I don't know about you lot, but I for one am very interested on who will be buying it, I'll be buying it for PS3 most likely (most of my friends will be as well, so it's better for me), but at the same time I would like to know if it would be worth it. If their are lack of COD:MW2 players it would suck, though i doubt their would be if i look world wide wise.

So vote, explain why or why not for the purchase and the reason for the System. :)

EDIT: Before some of you start on it - I know it's not coming to the Wii. Just though Sheep would want to feel included :)

I have a PC and a PS3. My PC is quite good, can run most games on high and I use Steam mostly. However, I like the PS3 community more and the idea of being able to achieve trophies. The controller was hard at first when I bought CoD 4:MF, but when you get used to it, it's so more relaxing than to sit stiff on a keyboard with a mouse even though it might give more control and faster reflexes.

I'm going PS3.

The PC version I imagine, although there's a chance I'll get the 360 version if the majority of my friends get it.

PS3. My team is on PSN and it's free.

I was going to buy it used after Activision raised the price in the UK, but I'm not going to buy it at all now. Too many other games to buy.

I'm not getting it, not worth it IMO.

PS3 Prestige Edition for me.

ppl can act liek they wont buy the game all they want but they will. this is the most anitisipated game to date. eventually they will buy it when they find out all their freinds will buy it.

ill buy it but not at $50 or even $40

but for the record so far the pc version is only delyed in europe and theres yet to be official conformation

ill pick it for 360. Probably not day one. My next day one shooter will be BF BC 2

When I buy it it will be on PC.

Probably 360, that's what my cousin usually gets it on.

Though he has World at War on the 360 and PS3, so I might end up getting both.

Lack of MW2 players? Your joking right? It is going to be the biggest and highest selling game on every platform this year.

As a European citizen who appreciates the weak pound I oppose myself to purchasing this game new as that would be equal to endorsing Activision's crusade for more moneys. And I certainly am not going to buy it locally, because that would be ironically stupid. I'd pay more for the game to show my discontent with paying more for it. That doesn't work.

So used it is. 360 version. Standard edition.

I'm buying it on the PS3. Got a pre-order in for £40 (Which is the standard cost for a new game in the UK) So I'm not paying any extra

Might be able to get it cheaper if my local supermarket put it on offer. They were selling fifa 10 for £25 instead of £40 and I think they sold WaW for £29 at launch.

I won't be buying it. I like realism, tactics, and balance in my FPS games. Plus with the amount of people buying this, the community will be a nightmare.

And I don't want to support Activision.

Getting the cheapest PS3 version. I don't need the cheap knock off NVG edition.

If I did buy it it'd be on the PC, but I'm not going to.

ps3 for me....even if i had a 360 i wouldn't pay for live so its still an easy choice

I'm probably getting it on both PC and Xbox 360. My friends will be on Xbox Live, but I prefer the PC versions. But I also want to play with my friends. So, the only logical thing is to get both.
