Actually the whole 'Hero' series is. Because of Band Hero and DJ Hero. And DJ Hero has some of the most overpriced DLC available.

It's one game per year, with each team working 2 years per game. I don't see the problem.

Maybe Guitar Hero and Sports games say hello. Is there going to be a need for speed this year? If so maybe that to.

Meh, I don't think we can categorize it as "milking" just yet. CoD2 and CoD4:MW2 are drastically different games. Milking has to be indicative of producing the same thing with minor changes, like Guitar Hero and Pokemon have done. So, IMO, no albeit Black Ops might prove to be greater leverage for that argument.

its a shooter. i dont see how it could not be milked. run, shoot, die, thats all it is. the shooter concept has been around forever! the concept is never going to die. its always going to be around. Dont get mad at activision because they keep making shooters. people obviously love it, so why not make it? you cant make a statement like that and single out one title. guitar hero, rock band, pokemon, halo, can all receive honorable mention. on top of that, how about mario? im not even talking about just this gen either. mario has had a billion games and no one complains.

There's been more Mario, Final Fantasy and Guitar Hero this gen.

As bad as CoD is, why is it the only one singled out..

Seriously though.. Why not sell new ALBUMS of 15 songs per 3 MONTHS for GH3/GH4 // ROCK BAND 1. They simply did it to themselves..

if cod is considered milking then every single game that has a yearly release (fifa, pro evo, madden, various other sports titles, smackdown, ufc etc) are milking too.

Rock Band first released in 2007. That means 7 games will have been released within a 3 year span, not to mention countless expansions. If you think we won't see RB4 for awhile you're crazy.

I still say nothing beats Guitar Hero, Mario, Pokemon, Sonic and the Warriors series for milkage. Although to Koei's credit, their latest Warriors game has been given a totally different title this time.

Activision in general has done the most milking.
