I have just seen the new game-play trailer and this game looks like a must buy for me. RTS games have always been my favorite genre and I don't think this one will let me down. Has anyone else seen it?
To bad for the Wii= PC, PS3 and 360 ONLY!
This topic is locked from further discussion.
FINALLY. I had C&C3 tiberium wars for the 360, but so far there has been no RTS game for the ps3, which is weird since it has mouse and keyboard support.
This game is a MUST have. thats it.
C&C is the only PC game I play. I remember playing online Red Alert 2, that was a blast.

i bought TFD, i still play CnC1 :D
To be honest, I can't really anticipate CnC RA3. Because, mainly, of Dawn of War 2. The game that combines the best RTS gameplay of all time IMO (CoH) with my favourite video game universe (Warhammer 40, 000). Result? Badassery incarnate.
While CnC isn't really doing anything but recycling the ancient (though fun) gameplay from 1995 and is becoming the Madden of the RTS genre.
sickle and bullfrog look amazing. Dreadnought, Kirov and Aircraft carrier great as always. Nice to see the Hind return as well
Hopefully, the PC version isn't effected by the console versions. I have high hopes for this game, Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 was brilliant, hopefully, EA can pull it off again like what they did with Command and Conquer 3.Stevo_the_gamerI think all versions will be the same(besides controls).
That theme brings back so many memories.
Will be buying this for the sheer awesomeness of the Hell march
The series went downhill after EA bought out Westwood...oh well. :(comstrikeiscoolHow do you know that the Red Alert series went downhill? The last red alert game was Red Alert 2, which was still made by Westwood.

Because the C&C games kinda went downhill, and the series are very similar, and even take place in the same universe.

That's quite an achievement, since the only C&C games released before EA bought Westwood were... C&C and Red Alert. Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2 both came a year or more after the buyout. :P[QUOTE="cobrax75"]How do you know that the Red Alert series went downhill? Generals was the first EA CnC.

they bought westwood in 98, CnC2 was released 99, RA2 was released '00 and developed by a separate westwood-branded studio in LA, as westwood themselves were in vegas. Please Log In to post.
