PC due to support from the developers. The game is unbalanced in it's current state, but the recent patches to PC have been fixing the balance (despite it taking awhile to be perfect). EA refuses to patch the 360 version for anything other than glitches (at least thats what he told me on the official forums). I say just wait for Kane's Wrath stand-alone expansion early next year.
I play 360 version, but if my PC could run it I would've gotten that version.

lemmings do have some common sense. RTS areclearly better with KB&M regardless of any other advantages or disadvantages.
I was thinking specifically about Reyes360, who I've seen several times before say the 360 version was better.

However it's clearly not. There is a broken command point system in CnC3 360, build 50 of any unit(s). So guess what the most common tactics are? Spam 50 of a factions strongest units, or basecrawl (which gained popularity on PC).
