Can PC gamers play vs Xbox gamers online?

So does a PC gamer have the ability to play vs an xbox one gamer online? Im asking because all these xbox one games are available on pc, so an online multiplayer, is there crossplay?

Yes for some titles. Been doing so with Gears 4.

They just allowed it for gears of war 4

Yes I've played online from my XOne with PC players in Forza Horizon 3 ,Gears of War 4 & Killer Instinct. There is no way to know in FH3 when you are playing with a PC player unless the other person tells you. In Gears of War 4, however, you can tell by looking at the player list in most modes as it shows a monitor icon next to their Gamertag....they can also send text messages onscreen for all to see.

Rocket League also has crossplatform play between PC and PS4.

Yes it depends on the game. They mostly don't let you pvp against PC people because of the mouse advantage but most games that have it allow co-op.
