Is it possible for the Playstation 3 to catch up with the Wii?

Possibile outcomes:

Sony release a new PS3 and overtakes the Wii.
Sony drop their price enough to overtake the Wii.
Sony release Playstation Motion Controller and overtake the Wii.

It probably wont over take the 360, so unless Nintendo is directly linked with funding the devil, Al'Qaeda, and Iran. PS3 will never overtake the Wii or come within 10 million units of it.
