I highly doubt MS or Sony will in 2010 or 2011 because they both are trying to reboot their consoles with motion controls (and sony with slim). Nintendo has no reason to, unless they release Wii HD or something similar but even then 2011 would be more likely.
I think if any of these companies were to release a new console next year, they would've announced it by now so people could save to buy them. So, no, I don't think so.
Not a chance. There wouldn't be enough of an improvement to get many people excited about them. It would be a huge waste of money for the console makers and Sony is still stuggling to make back the money lost with the PS3.
MS and Sony are making motion controls for their respective consoles which may increase its lifespan, expect next gen to be 2012 at the earliest, remember that because of the recession plans for next gen are on hold.
Rumors have been spread that there will be a redesigned 360 next year that integrates the Project Natal parts into the console. It's just rumors at this point but it would make sense. I would guess all the internals will be the same, hopefully with the addition of integrated wireless. However since they are going to be selling a new wireless N adapter soon that doesn't look like it will happen.
I mean, they all have big exclusives for their current consoles scheduled for next year, so it doesn't seem like the best time to be coming out with all-new hardware.

highly unlikely due to the fact that xbox 360 are working on natal ...... but you never know

Microsoft wants us to think Natal is as signficant as a console relaunch, but in reality its a high profile accessory. It won't stop them cutting off support quickly if the product doesn't do well; Microsoft are infamous for this.
