Can we stop hyping upcoming 360 games as console graphics kings?

first Alan Wake was touted as >all PS3 exclusives, then Halo: Reach followed a year later, which also undelivered in it's supposed "ownage", and now Gears of War 3 is launching, and once again, before the game even releases, Xbox 360 owners are hyping it as the best graphics on consoles.

and it doesn't help that once again, bullshots are being used. we seriously need a new rule on SW that states "don't hype Xbox 360 games as graphics kings EVER, because they never end up being what they are claimed of being."

Can we stop hyping any form of "graphics king" ? Because we all know PC will always have the best. And all the graphics king threads get annoying.

They say third time's the charm, but I think now that that has been proven wrong they really should stop.

First was Forza 3 which was supposed to be an amazing technical showcase, which it was for the 360, but ti definitley didn't beat out anything on PS3 or PC.

Then you had Alan Wake, hyped to crap and supposedly better graphically then Uncharted 2. Again, did not happen.

Finally you had Reach (3rd time) and it had great graphics and is one of the most technically advanced FPS games on the 360, but it pales in comparison to Killzone 2.

Gears 3 will look amazing, no doubt, but more amazing than Uncharted 2 or Killzone 3? No way. It might be better in every other way, it might have AI and sound that is unmatched in any other PS3 game, but it will never be a graphical powerhouse game that rivals what is shown on PS3.

Don't forget Splinter cell, and tons of other multiplats...

just because an OP specifies that this is console graphics only, doesn't mean the console graphics king is a legitimate title.

Gears3 is using the UT3 engine as several other games.
