Is it just me or am i the only one that thinks Capcom is highly overrated. Sure they dominated years ago with titles such as resident evil and street fighter and gave us Devil may cry. But lets face it, street fighter no longer exists. Resident evil started to suck after the 3rd one, lost planet was trash and dead rising was hardly mediocre. If you wanna talk great devs. Here are great devs.. Bungie, Factor 5. Bioware, Epic etc. Capcom was good back in the 90s, now they make crap. and go ahead and use your lame "DAMAGE CONTROL" excuse, honestly I love the 360 and yes im a lemming. I just think lemmings are making to big of a deal about Devil may cry when its last gen crap.
its just you. resident evil 4 came out not years ago, lost planet is great to me, dead rising was ok, i'm still waiting for the new street fighter, and i'm still playing their fighting games.
capcom is great, they keep up amazing franchises as easily as they create new I.P.s. only thing i have a prob with is how much they've buried Megaman into the dirt.
RE games (especially 4) and Okami are at the top of the gaming world as far as quality. DMC is pretty darn good sometimes , and Lost Planet and Dead Risng seem good as well.
Throw in some other things they have created over the years and they are one of the best to me , best Japanese company imo that does a broad range of games.
I don't think they're as great as they used to be, but I wouldn't say they're overrated. I enjoyed RE 4, Okami, Dead Rising, and Lost Planet quite a bit. And we all know RE 5 is going to be awesome.

resident evil 4 is probably by far the most popular re, lost planets still a great game and deadrising tried something new and imo did well
