Capcom on PS3 Monster Hunter: Never Say Never

Looks like they are leaving the door open...

Capcom:

"Right now we're not working on one. But, who knows what the future holds. As you've seen in the news, we never say 'never' here at Capcom"

Cows:

"So.... you're telling me.....there's a chance?"

Doesnt exactly sound like an official confirmation to me.

Capcom said the same thing about SF IV and RE5 on Wii.

Well the PS3 has a decent sized userbase in Japan and the Japanese love Monster Hunter. After Monster Hunter 3 on the Wii gets fully released worldwide maybe they'll work on one for the PS3 but that probably won't be until 2010 anyway.Flamestos

It may happen but that response is just Capcom being Capcom honestly. RE5 and SF4 wii anyone. LP PS3 (later announced lol) anyone?

Monster Hunter is made for handhels. I just don't see it working all that well on consoles. I'm hoping MH3 can prove me wrong.jonnyt61

Capcom never shoots anything down. They've already hinted at RE5 and Street Fighter 4 hitting Wii. Although if TvC can get localized, anything's possible for Capcom :P.

after seeing Lost Planet 2 id really like to see a Monster Hunter on next gen consoles. plus PSN and XBL would make online gaming much easier. i see no reason not to make it multiplat.
