Capcom- "heads will explode" regarding TGS announcement!

Most of our biggest announcements are being held for a Capcom event we'll be holding in a few weeks in London. It's there that some heads might explode.

So this isn't a rumor anymore. I wonder what it could be?

*10 dollars off Resident Evil 4 for Wii

*New costumes for Dead Rising

I can't really think of anything that Capcom could announce... games aren't that big of an announcement

hmm IDK Capcom hasnt really shocked me in a long time, the only thing that would really be a megaton for me would be

Rival Schools 3

or Marvel vs Capcom 3

I predict the following:

Dead Rising 2

Resident Evil 5 will have online co-op

And who knows what else? Capcom is an amazing talent. They could have anything up their sleeve.

What if it's a new IP that's a spiritual continuation to Street Fighter?

Like "Universal Fighter" or "Dimensional Fighter" where it's about all of the universe or dimensions fighting including the Street Fighter Series, DarkStalker Series, Devil May Cry Series, Rival Schools, Power Stone, Strider, and other Capcom hard hitters.

Kind of like Fighting Evolution, but doesn't suck and has an amazin roster. While being 2D and being so amazing it will re-resurrect the arcades!

I seriously hope it's a new IP. I don't want another Mega Man. I want a fighter--maybe SF4, but I'd rather have something new.

The only thing they could say that would make my head explode is:

A) Only making games exclusively for one console.

B) Resident Evil 5 is coming out in early/mid 2008.

Otherwise it's overhyped for me!

CVS2 was good in all but no way was it better than SF3. The side games of SF are cool but the main series games are always the best. SFII SFIII and hopefully SF4 will be amazing. It would be mindblowing to have marvel vs capcom 3. But 2 had so many people it would be pretty pointless.

Lol, second player gets to be Otis? Well, at least you wouldn't have to listen to those stupid calls all the time then. Maybe they could make it ring like a call every time the second player tries to talk to the first, and then the first would have to answer it :twisted:

Disagree. Not only it had more variety in gameplay, but it also had cooler and more characters. While I do like SF3, I really don't like most of the characters. Not to mention I think CVS2's art style is better.

Nothing like seeing Ryu vs Kyo, Terry vs Ken, and Bison vs Geese.

Sega owns the rights to make Marvel games right now...Unless they work out something with Sega it going to be a long time before we see any more of the Capcom style Marvel games.

Power Stone 3 would make my head asplode. :D
