Capcom vs Konami vs Namco vs Naughty Dog

Dead Rising

and more

Out of that list, Capcom.

It just seems odd to me but I have to ask: Why the hell is Naughty Dog on this list? You have three Japanese studios and an American studio. You have three multiplatform developers/publishers and a developer that only makes games for Sony. I'm not saying that Naughty Dog are bad, but don't you think it would have been better if say, y'know, you stuck with another Japanese developer or another third party?

Out of the three I want to say Namco because of the Tales series alone. I don't think SCIV or Tekken 6 were that good, but whatever. As for Capcom and Konami, I don't really enjoy their main series games too much. Super SFIV will be a game to check out, but that's it. And Naughty Dog, well, I haven't played a game by Naughty Dog since I don't have a PS, but I'm still trying to figure out why they're on a list with those three developers/publishers that go way back, are Japanese and third party.

What other games have Naughty Dog developed, apart from Crash Bandicoot and Uncharted? I'll have to go with Capcom. Shinji Mikami = God.

This is INCREDIBLY unfair.

To pit entire publishers (CAPCOM, KONAMI, NAMCO) with many studios within their organization up against a single development house (Naughty Dog)?

That's like taking an entire NFL team and pit them against a single player.Why pit PUBLISHERS against a single development Studio?

I can't imagine why this was done in this way. Naughty Dog is apart of Sony in this case.

I would go with Capcom I guess, but it's because of the various studios/dev teams they have within their organization to produce me my SF, RE, etc.

Well, Jak and Daxter series is a huge one you forgot. It's almost like you forgot last generation (PS2) even existed for Naughty Dog. :P

That is correct, and that's why I started my listing at PSOne's generation, hoping someone would notice. ;)

Let's see if ND stick to that pattern.:P

On the strange side, ND recently said something about wanting to do a Jak game...Jak X 2?:P

In all honesty, Sony's ND probably won't do a kart racer this generation as it would directly compete with Sony's Modnation Racers also coming out...and Uncharted's Nathan Drake is in the game.(Nathan Drake along with Kratos, Ratchet, and Clank):P

Uh, why is Namco up there?

Capcom have been the best HOWEVER this generation they have disappointed me the most.

DMC4 - As a DMC fan, this game really annoyed me on so many levels. Severely toned down both in gameplay and has actually taken a few steps backwards.

Resident Evil 5 - Rubbish and disappointing

I hope DMC5 is revealed this year and hopefully have listened to fans this time round :evil:

All three were some of the games when they came out.. do some research

Naughty dog is tiny compared to those publishers as they are only a dev.Maybe you might want to be switching that one out with i dunno someone like Sony,Ubi, oh if i could pick EA cause they have made a lot of amazing games this gen :D
