Castlevania Judgement

The complete, 14-character roster is: Simon Belmont Maria Renard Alucard Dracula Aeon Eric Lecarde Death Shanoa Golem Carmilla Trevor Belmont Grant Danasty Sypha Belnades Cornell Then there's also boss characters. So far we've seen the Minotaur and it's likely that Galamoth will be in as well.

In the case of Castlevania, a spin-off game is likely to be better than a traditional console installment.

If this game does score even AA, I will eat Mr. Bear.

I can't see this being deep much beyond simple waggles for initiating special combos and basic attacks... and even then, I'm not sure how the fighting system is, but since I'm a Castlevania nut, I may give it a shot.

It's a fighting game, but it's not like Soul Calibur at all. Think Power Stone.

I was hoping for a HD 2D castlevania... :( Oh well maybe some other time... it would also make more sense to release on XBLA or something of the sort....

I wouldnt be too excited about it:

3D Castlevania + usual Castlevania budget + Iga on HD = ughh

I wouldnt bet on it being much better than this one unfortunatly

Both Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness were solid games. They were the 2D Castlevania formula (traditional Dracula X and Metroivania styIe respectively) moved directly into 3D without any adaptations like those applied to Metroid Prime.

The 3D Castlevania's seem to be turning into the new Sonic with people. Some say they are "all garbage" and instead of actually trying them, everyone just passes them by. If IGA is going to be making a new console Castlevania, with Alucard, I highly doubt he will not put the same effort into them as he put into the DS games.

With the proper adaptations, Castlevania would make a splendid 3D game. Metroid did.
