Anyway, here are ten screenshots of Wii fighting game spin-off Castlevania Judgment. As far as Wii games go, this one isn't looking too visually shabby. A lot of developers seem to think that Wii games give them an excuse for shoddy graphics, so it's good to see Konami putting some actual effort in.

Among the characters shown is old Castlevania favorite Death, who is looking a bit like Vivien from The Young Ones. A skeletal, ethereal Vivien, grant you.

Is anybody looking forward to this one? I know it had its skeptics when it was first announced but I can imagine it doing quite well. I may not be very good at fighting games, but I certainly wouldn't mind watching other, superior humans, playing it.

I don't like the way Death looks.

I really wasn't satisfied when I seen Alucard either.

This is one of the worst ideas for a game I've ever seen.

Konami needs to get their **** together, make a new, proper, 2D Castlevania, and release it over XBLA for 1200-1600 MSP.

hm... i really dont know about this game. the graphics look nice for the Wii, but the hands-on impression from Joystiq claimed that it was horrendousogvampire

Was it the controller which was the issue? Because I was reading today that you can use the GC controller.

Myself I am going to wait on reviews. Part of he thinks this game will suck the other part is like hmmmmmmm.

I still dont know what to think about this game, but it has online battles so...

It looks like a generic PS2 game.

Final Fantasy Fables Chocobo's Dungeon is pretty good actually. So was umbrella chronicles.

This definitely isn't helping me into getting a Wii and I love the Castlevania series. If they made an epic 2D Castlevania for the consoles...that would be awesome.SOedipus

I would love a Castlevania 2D for consoles as well. I dont understand why people assume it would have/need motion controls for a whip. They can just make it similar to Symphony of the Night or the DS iterations.

Man they just ruin Eric, and I am not please with Death either. Obata pretty much ruin most of the characters in this game IMO.
