Mario and Sonic... casual? Heck, Pokemon isn't even casual. The modern-day definition of what a casual game is is games like Angry Birds, Farmville and Wii Sports.
How's the 3D platforming sonic games andthe mario platforming games casual.
super600
Because they have primary colors.

That's not an accurate description of a casual game.
LordQuorthon
By system wars' standards, it is.
Nah, that's kiddy.i would stick with the pc for now.
There a plenty of casual games to be played there aswell.
Try Amnesia, Minecraft and the sims ect.
Half-Way
Amnesia ain't casual, that game makes you fill your toliet just from doing the tutorial levle.
actually i think wii u and 3ds will cater to all ,
based on the following games
3ds has some games for the casuals such as nintendogs and balloon pop 2 coming and i tihnk theres even a carnival games coming or somthing similar-dual pen sports oh thats it , but ya a system thats for both audiences is easily better then 1 aimed at one market in particular ,
the wii u looks to be the same thing , cause it has wii controller support and traditional pads as well , as touch screen but so far wii u seams to be a gamers paradise that will probably change though into one for every one once it gets recognition ,
thats the thing, if nintendo can bring over wii sports and such and still have third parties supporting it with both types of games which is doable i tihnk they can get both markets
