-Offical annoucment of relese date (i suppose this mean we gonna know the platforms too)

-Presentation of game engine

-Whole conference will be recorded and relesed in to Internet

-There will be possibility to follow it live (Liveblog?)

-On conference there will be developers of Arcania, Two Worlds II, Split Second, Alpha Protocol and Grey Matter (i supose they tell something about there games too)

Why not? It might be PC timed exclusive but i'm sure they will consider console version, they even said they "want" it

No it will contiue, remember that Witcher is based a book series from Poland and first Witcher game was continuation of last book that suppose to end whole series (since Gerard dissappered and been suspected as to be dead)

The Witcher 2 will most likely be a direct sequel to The Witcher, since the first game ended with a cliffhanger.
