hard one, both Cell and Chuck are pretty badass. I'd have to go with Chuck because Chuck can scare bears away with his "im gonna kill ya" look, but I can't scare a bear away by throw the Cell at em.

But if this were David Hasselhof vs Cell CPU this would be an obvious win.

Do you allow David Hasselhof do have his way with your Cell CPU?

Bruce Lee is the maxed out gaming rig. Nobody can touch him. OT, Chuck Norris' brain processes weaknesses in his opponents defense 1,000 times faster than the cell, so Chuck wins easily without the help of the Xenon.
