It is... Handheld gaming might change. Oh boy, and just like the ps3, it'll only cost you 1300 dollars more than the wii! price shouldnt matter though, a cell phone should never have better graphics then a console

Even more so than the Wii. These graphics are supposedly on par with Xbox 360 and PS3, two consoles that seriously stress hardware power. The Wii wasn't stressing hardware, so it's not as bad if it gets outperformed by a phone. It is quite embarrassing, on the other hand, when two systems that stress graphical performance get out done by a cell phone.
In order to have high def graphics on such a small screen, they resolution would have to be at LEAST twice 1080p. Remember that you are squeezing all those graphics onto such small screen room, so you need tons more pixels. Doesn't really seem feasable to me...

Remember the "N Gage"? supposively a cell phone that plays games? FLOP!! and the PS3 will have the same fate as the Panasonic 3DO($700 price tag, even though it was a good system), unless Sony does a tremendous price drop down to $400/$500

It'll probably be a supped-up, super-expensive PDA, at least $2500. And that doesn't include a memory stick to store games on. lol. you'll probably have to buy at least a 1 gig card....per game

no yes XBOX 360 is alright, I'm thinking about getting one. I already have a Wii, and some VC games(Altered Beast, Super Star Soldier, Bomberman '93, and a couple others-one of them being another side scrolling flying game like Gradius)

A Cellphone the size of a PS3...interesting... I'm going to start producing corsets for gamers once the weight of that think starts affecting their backs...yeah... lots of money. :D
These kinds of GPU's aren't for cell phones, at least not the tiny little Motorola Razr's we all carry in our front jeans pocket. They're for smart phones and multimedia devices, or even handheld gaming devices.
