There is more entertainment to be found watching something funny than a scientific breakthrough.  Though it would be interesting to see what steps the kid took, it just isn't as interesting.  Aside from that, you are on a video game forum.  I bet if you checked the views on this vid and whatever vid that is, that that video would have 100x the amount of views.
