Chimera vs Locust...

Who would win? The Chimera from Resistance or the Locust from Gears of War?

I think the Chimera would.  Sheer numbers, the ships, they are a force to be reckoned with.  

Also, no cover for Fenix with the augers around.  :P

I love the Combine. I personally have to rank them Combine > Convenat > Locust > Chimera. All are awesome though.

Never played HL2, so I don't know much about the Combine. How do you think they'd react to invasion of space zombies?

If the main goal is to destroy the other and not enslave etc....

Then the Chimera would win EZ, just blow up the planet from space with all the ships.

If the Locust VS chimera war would be fought on the surface it would be a long one but Chimera would win because of their numbers.

seriously, people have a lack of logic if they voted for the locost. THE CHIMERA HAVE FLYING BATTLESHIPS! FLYING BATTLESHIPS!

I would rather have to face the locust since they are ruthless .

I dont mind these sort of threads...its always fun to compare fiction, I dont know why there so frowned upon..:?

anyway troop for troop Id say the locust, but the chimera battle ships would be their trump card....though Id imagine SKORGE would just leap up to them and tear em apart from the inside..:)

well they turned the headcrabs into a bio weapon....but then again Flood>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Headcrabs...I say the combine would piss themselves..:P

chimera would win..the titans plus the sheer number of them..oh and another thing...they use a weapon called the Auger MKII...which has the ability to shoot through solid walls...and since gears is all about the cover... u know ...catch my drift :P

Easily the Chimera...

 Even without the Chimeran Battleships, the Chimera could simply use mass spire attacks and convert most of the locust to Chimera...

this is true..because the locust attack from the ground..the pop out of no where ..if the chimera are aware of this...they would just attack from the air(battleships,jets,etc)  plus all the heavy weapons(brumaks) that the locust use.. are living creatures ..unlike the chimera who use giant robots and giant warships with freaking lasers ><   METAL>flesh
