:D. Nice, loved IV.reyad-uYeah, even somebody who hated Civ III could love that game. BTW, i never got round to the expansions, how good are they? Ever since ive got the game, ive played the same strategy, but its never gotten stale.
[QUOTE="Stevo_the_gamer"]I don't like the hexagons. Yandere
Why? Because how it looks?
Yes, it looks very odd.http://civilization5.com/
they are actually trying to release it this year ! This is a pretty crazy year for strategy games.
Damn them, are they trying to kill my wallet?http://civilization5.com/

Civ is one of my favourite pick up/put down games, something I can get the full fun out of while being able to control the amount of time I can invest.
Glad to hear a new one has been announced :D
I'm looking forward to this so long as my computer can run it, which it should. Civ games aren't usually high on powah
I'm also looking forward to Civ Network on FB. I really think with enough effort, flash games/online games like those on FB can really turn into an intriguing platform of their own, esspecially since they're free, and work on most computers
:D
Finally! It is insanely easy to lose track of time playing Civ games. They all seem to have a very addicting element to them.
Yeah hex! That's one thing that's always bugged me about Civ: squares
Now if they'll just bring the CivII movies back.
God NO! Not another run from the neolithic age to the space age. Please make sequel to Alpha Centauri (from the point where they land on the alien world), not just re-runs of Civ!hywel69
Seirra owns the AC franchise.
Its about damn time too!!! It should of been here already if they didn't make the dumbed down console version of civ 4. I love love love Turn Based Strategy. It's my favoirte pc genre tied with pc rpgs. I fell in love with civ 1 back in the day (civ2 on ps1) , and still play civ3 on my laptop and civ4 on my desktop. Now we just need a resurgance of the genre with homm6, gal civ3, etc... and i will be happy :))ITS ANNOUNCED!!!!!!

The expansions were really good, lots of cool mods too like space games and real world conquest with more nations, and such, (forget the names)
