Time will tell but Wii is doing better than it, that's for sure. It's still sold out at most places and is outselling the PS3 2-1 in the US and 3-1 in Japan.

I think Cliffy B. was trying to be diplomatic..He was already pretty well known and outspoken before GEOW, Gears made him REALLY high profile, he probably didn't want to say anything that would come back to haunt him later....Which is probably a smart move if your company makes games for the PS3 as well as the 360...

I think people is expecting to much from sony..I dont why people is making BC a big problem when its not..I am sure everybody in Europe have a ps2..and we dont know their BC ps3 percentage yet..i know sony got u.s and japan ps3 to run 98 percent of the games.. microsoft is bring out another version of their 360..no one seem to be like they are doom!! in fact they rippin all the 9 million people or more off and no one seem to care not even the media..IF SONY WOULD OF DONE THAT YOU WILL NEVER HEAR THE END OF IT...thats a fact..lol..and their console is the most defective ones out there..

It shows that not eveyone has to be blind and ignorant just because they are mainly only supporting one of the leading systems out..:wink: must come from the time he's spent with kojima. How could he not say optomistic things about the PS3 with as skilled and as free thinking as Kojima showing an intrest in the success in software on both platforms.

The ps3 is an awsome gaming investment this year , And by the end of the year 2009 it ll surpass 360`s sales, I belive so...

I see your point, but the shortage was more severe in the beginning and has been gradually alleviated as time went by, which is why you see the percentage sold going down.
Sony sold 100% of their stock in the beginning weeks.

If the Xbox 360 had the same number of units as Sony had after its launch they would have blown away the ps3 numbers. There was a real demand for the system, same cant be said about the PS3. A new console with plenty of units should be outselling a year old system. But Sony will be fine, will they win this gen maybe and if they do it will be a very close race...

If the Xbox 360 had the same number of units as Sony had after its launch they would have blown away the ps3 numbers. There was a real demand for the system, same cant be said about the PS3.vistamanV5

First they hyped the PS3 launch to be the best in videogame history, then when it isn't, they backpedal and go into denial mode.
