Sony- I'm predicting that they start with PS3. Show off the announced games. Stuff like Resistance 3 and Uncharted 3 will be shown off heavily. Gameplay demonstrations and release dates will be given for The Last Guardian and Twisted Metal. Then Sony will focus on NGP for the remainder of the showing. Then at the end they will show off that game Agent and then have another surprise announcement to close out the show. I expect Ninja Gaiden III to be shown off at Sony's event. I also expect Kingdom Hearts III to be announced along with the first gameplay trailer of Final Fantasy XIII-2. Versus XIII will not be mentioned. :P Half-Life 2: Episode 3 will be shown at Sony's event because that's just how Gabe Newell do!
Nintendo- I'm predicting that they start off the demonstration with Skyward Sword. From there I expectmaybe a second or third Wii first party title to be revealed, I imagine one of them will be the new game Pandora Tower. From there Nintendo will enter full-on 3DS mode for the show and close it out with some surprise reveals for the handheld. We'll also gameplay of this new Super Mario game shown off for the first time. I'm expecting gameplay of Kid Icarus Uprising to be shown, a new Mario Kart for the 3DS, Pilotwings: Resorts will be shown off, etc. There will be a major RPG exclusive for the 3DS announced as well, probably from Square-Enix. Also, Pikmin 3 will be shown off and have a release date for 2011. I also expect Xenoblade to be shown off and for The Last Story to have a US release date. Also, the next wave of Wii Sports/Music/Fit titles will be announced.
Microsoft- I'm predicting that MS starts the show off in their usual manner, they open with major third party games and then announce exclusive DLC for it all. I expect Modern Warfare 3 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim to debut in the beginning of MS's show. We'll also see gameplay demonstrations/new trailers for Forza Motorsport 4 and Gears of War 3. From there MS should handily show off Codename Kingdoms. I'm predicting a 2011 release date for it as well, potentially in August. I also expect during this part for them to announce the return ofa long lost Xbox series, probably PGR, maybeCrimson Skies, whatever. From there I'm expecting them to enter Kinect mode and show off various games for it ranging from casual to more hardcore fare. Rare's newest game will be shown during the Kinect portion of the show. From there I expect to see the show end with not one but two surprise announcements. One for Kinect and another being probably the new Halo at the end. I'm also going out on a limb and saying that there's going to be a small section dedicated to Games for Windows. MS will show off more Age of Empires Online, Flight and the PC version of Fable III. From there a new PC exclusive from MS will be announced.
I'm clearly a taking a very optimistic approach to E3 this year. :P
EDIT- I just realized you said to list one thing. Well, I skipped over that part. :P
