I dont care about the price, I care about the games and i'm holding out until R2, LBP and Metal Gear Solid 4 come out. At the moment Uncharted is hardly what I'd calll a system seller (sorry, but it's true).

i have no need for one i got a 360 and Wii which have PLENTY of games i want for the coming year.

PS 3 does not have anything to offer this time( all that it offers is promise) right now!!!

On 360 i get Halo 3, Mass effect, forza2 , Bioshok and PGR4 !!!

I do not mind buying a PS3 at $600 ,but its of no use to me this time!!!

i paid £270 for my 360 two years ago, the cheapest ps3 is still more expensive now, not to mention the fact the 360 has a much better selection of games. i'm pretty happy with my decision.

I think you'll find the 360 and Wii have sold much, much more than the PS3 in Australia :roll:

None of the systems are as terrible as fanboys make them out to be. Each is a great system in its own right, and has great games to experience along the way.

Only those who are truly biased would say otherwise.

I mean, for 50 euros more you get this black box wich can play hi-def movies and has some nice games too, the only downside is that you have to get a 15 euro hdmi cable. But considerinf what it offers for its price its a very good offer, anyone cant deny that.acekall

I own a 360 and a PS3, and I agree with you that the PS3 is a better value. Reliable hardware, built in Blu Ray, built in wifi, standard HDD, etc. The problem is the online functionality and lack of more good exclusives. For me, XBL and achievements are the deciding factor.

Achievement points add a lot of replayability. I always buy multiplats for my 360 for online. Cross party invites, in game chat/messaging, in game menus, etc makes a $60 game a much bigger value for people. PS3 has R&C, Uncharted, and HS as exclusives, and all of them were a rental for me, although I may buy R&C or Uncharted when they come down in price. All of them were good games, but having a single player campaign under 10 hours for $60 is too much for me. This is one reason the PS3 has a low attach rate. But, I'm definitely looking forwards to KZ2 and Resistance 2.

I currently own around 15 360 games, and have probably sold back at least 20 360 games at one time or another. I currently own one PS3 game, Motorstorm. I also own 10 Blu Ray movies, so you can see what I use my PS3 for.

I only have a 360 but I like the PS3. I play it over a couple of my friends house. The thing is, I like the 360 better. More games that I'm interested in, best online for a console, and a nice controller. Along with that, more people I know own a 360.

Will I buy a PS3? Maybe. It has a great 08 lineup,reliable hardware, and free online. However, I'll stick with my 360 for now.
