Devs have gotten used to the PS3 and are making equal multiplats with between it and the 360, the latests comparisons of games shows this, please I know earlier the PS3 used to get inferior versions but this is no longer the case.. these comparisons are pointless because the games look 99% identical.

lol mate dont even use mercs 2 to compare. that game looks like crap no matter what platofrm you play it on.
i played on pc and although the character models are ok, the rest is is just ps2 quality

One still has the highest starting price and the other console has the lowest starting price. So you're telling me the lowest price console can produce the same graphics as the highest starting price console!?!

You're also forgetting that the PS3 is one of the cheapest Blu-Ray players on the market, which is genius on Sony's part IMO. Why buy a stand alone BR player when you can buy a cheaper one that you can play games on as well?

this is the present not the past.
Trust me price matters. My friend wanted to buy a PS3 because of Madden but bought a 360 instead because of the starting price.
