I've only played the 360 version, but the PS3 version has a higher Gamerankings and Metacritic score.
I don't think you can go wrong either way. Just go with the system that has a controller you're more comfortable with.
I would say 360 for the online, achievements, rumble and controller.
But if you're not playing online i suppose there's not much difference
I thought the demo was alright.. im VERY glad they were smart and made the attack buttons R1 and L1 for ps3.. i lvoe the controls.. i hate the attack buttons being R2 and L2 in other games.. those suck.. controls are great thogh for this game.. I thought the demo was alright. I dont really like how dark it is with those slime monster dudes.. i just like fighting plain people that actually put up a fight.. Ill rent it soon
I went through the options and im also glad to see rumble is in this game. :)
From the vids and screens released it looked like the 360 was the better version dont know if this was true of the final version however.
Their probably exactly the same it'll come down to which controller you prefer. ninjapirate2000
I agree,
I played the original on 360, so chances are the 360 is where I will get the second one. Although if you like the PS3 controller better then my all means.

Since WHEN has system wars concluded that the Xbox 360 online is superior and a legitimate reason to count the 360 as better than the Playstation 3 without a fight?
Since WHEN has system wars concluded that achievements a legit reason to consider a 360 version superior?
Since WHEN has rumble been considered a reason that the 360 is superior and since WHEN did you honestly forget that the Dualshock 3 is on its way to stores and has found its way to some people in America's homes already?
Since WHEN did you forget that controller preference is almost entirely subjective?
But, forget all that. Do you enjoy paying $50 annually for Live? Do you enjoy paying for a wireless adapter? Do you enjoy using batteries to power your 360 controller? Do you ACTUALLY enjoy matchmaking and prefer it to server lists? Do you like the RROD hanging over your head? Do you enjoy not having an HDMI connection (assuming you bought yours before mid-2007) and not having 7.1 built into your console?
And on and on and on and on.
I am so tired of generalities and exaggerations in system wars.

Show me the vids and screens. I sincerely doubt that they've actually gotten any legit comparison up on any games website, but if they do, I'd love to see them.

LOL @ "Rumble enhances gameplay"
LOL @ not acknowledging DS3
LOL @ conceding controller preference is subjective
LOL @ conceding everything else
360 online is superior.....according to a review. Now I've seen it all. Now only if that review could convince me of the things that I KNOW to be true, not being true, and maybe I'll consider that a valid point.

Come down dude no body insulted you.....unless you take an insult to the PS3 personally.
Gotta Love GameSpot People, read this quote from the Review: "You should note that a week after release, not many people are playing online, and if you're playing on the PlayStation 3, then you may have particular trouble finding a match".
It was the exact same with Warhawk when it was released and it's full of players since... I can't even recall how long ago.
reminds me of the "Downside" for Ps3 owners with DMC4 "A 20 min mandatory install" JESUS CHRIST 20 MIN !!!!!, not even the 5gb required for that one are worth complaining for a better version.

Haha. What we have here is a common case of fanboy-ism

I think the install argument was a counter to the disc swapping argument. Disc swapping takes less time overall than the install. In reality, though, they are both silly arguments.

Your post sounds as if it should be in a different topic, one that is geared to whether or not XBOX Live is worth the cost or not. Or why you feel the 360 is not worth the money. The poster said he has both systems. We have to assume he has Live as he did not state otherwise. With that being said, comparison is between the game for each system, not which system is better.

Both Fanboy Arguments, I never thought switching discs was a Problem with the Ps1 (MGS1,FF7,FF8) so why would it be now? Only biased fanboys have that double standard.Well its predecessor is a 360 exclusive (there's a PC port but nevermind that as Condemned 2 is not on the PC) so therefore I would go with the 360 version just because you can own both games on the same console.
I own both titles and I own them both for the 360.

What about the wear and tear it saves your disc reader from constantly accessing the disc, Less loading times????
So I guess you rather Endure 15% longer loading scenes and a potential 2 - 4 weeks of repair time sending in a console to MS
Come guys there are pros and cons to everytime
Sorta like rushing a console to the market with a design flaw making it prone to the RROD
Sure you get it to the market early with out competition, but now its costing you 1 billion in warranty costs
A 20 Min install isn't only a 20 Min install. It's shorter load scenes and less work on your machine which in the end adding to better gameplay experience
