Confession Thread : Are you a COw,Lem,Sheep,Hermit or Manticore?

I'd say i am a Half-cow Half-Lem , I have a psp which i really love ,and i am Gonna get the 360 this Christmas , i don't know i just didn't like the ps3 or the wii.

I am just a gamer, plain and simple.

None of the above. I own a PS3, but that doesn't make me a cow.

What if you don't fit into anything? Not even a manticore

I'm a cow , but I don't think the others are worse than the ps3 , they just don't satisfy me as much as the dark side does :twisted:, it's entirely subjective. :)

I own all 3 consoles, but my heart is with my 360 and I get all multiplats on 360. So I guess I am a lemming, although I love my PS3 and still use my Wii from time to time.

After 9+ years of working with computers I became anti-Microsoft and I can't go back. I only own a PS3 but I have no issue with other game companies. I might get a Wii someday.RedruM_I

I'm a hermit by definition. I only own a PC. I do play other systems games but I have to lend the games and the system from my neighbor.

Well I do own all the consoles/handhelds/gaming PC so I can game on what ever I like. So I guess I'd be Manticore. But if I had to choose something out of the 4 main fanboy types, thenI'd say I'm closest to a hermit, because I do love my PC :). Other than that I just love games.

I'm just a pure gamer. The names used on these forums are ridiculous IMO. I always own and find some value in every system there is. No system is without it's flaw(s) though and I won't act blind to them just because I perfer a certain system over the others.Flamestos

I think they are funny. It gives SW its unique flavor. Frankly, I have not seen such a lively board since the good ol days on the purevolume Hardcore/Metal board.

I try not to take SW that seriously.

I see must people here confuse the terms cow, sheep, lemming, hermit with the term fanboy.

One thing is a Cow and another thing is a Cow fanboy. The sticky only treats the term fanboy as something system related because obviously this is system wars and that is the focus, but there are also game fanboys, and PC hardware fanboys, even genre fanboys.

I have a slight bias to the 360 since it's my first current gen console, but really I think I stay mostly impartial. I'm much more critical of people saying ridiculous or trollish things, rather than actual games.

I'd say none. Being a fanboy for a particular system is stupid IMO.. Microsoft, Sony, & Nintendo could care less about who fights over their product. While I only own a PS3, Wii, and PC, all systems have good games. The End.

Happy to be a manitcore :) I like games, it doesn't matter what system they are on, if it's good I will play it :D

No way is it possible to like all consoles equally, but as a manticore you're able to acknowledge every console has its pros and cons.
