Confirmed, Final Fantasy 13 IS NOT EXCLUSIVE

And SquareEnix will go where the money is and if they feel that platform will not hinder their games. Square did back in the mid 90's when they left Nintendo consoles and they can do it again.

I don't get it does this mean the game Final Fantasy 13 (the main game) is no longer exclusive to the PS3 or just apart of the Fabula Nova Crystallis series is going to another console? I mean if it's no longer exclusive there is no other console it could possibly run on other than the 360.. wii doesn't stand a chance with ff13, unless they changed the graphics... If it's not exclusive why don't they tell us the obvious console its going to be on then.

Not the Wii, the downgrade would be horrible. It's coming to the 360, Wii may get a FFXIII spin-off (God knows they'll be 50 anyway).

I can only see it coming to Xbox 360. Square cannot ignore the current install base that the system enjoys in North America, Australia & Europe and the 360 has the hardware to run the game. If they port it to the 360, it will be because they will want to capitalize on the install base of the 360 outside of Japan.

On the other hand, if Final Fantasy XIII does indeed come to the Xbox 360, will it help Microsoft move consoles in Japan? If Final Fantasy XIII goes multi-plat to Xbox 360 then it will give the console a great deal of legitimacy and Japanese gamers might start taking it seriously. Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, & Final Fantasy XIII on the console? Be still their beating hearts.

Also, with the Xbox 360 being significantly cheaper than the PS3 in Japan, and with Japanese gamers proving themselves to be price-sensitive, this could be a big setback for Sony. I doubt it would catapult the 360 past the PS3, but Microsoft's position in the country will be much, much stronger.

But as I've said time and time again, I will believe it when I see it. Until Square comes out and says that this game is 360 bound, it's all conjecture.

I'm not in denial, I don't care where these games go I'll get them regardless. But the Wii can not produce the same graphics that the Xbox 360 or PS3 can, and I say that as a Wii owner.

Calling me a cow, isn't going to justify your point any. I'm no fanboy.

Funny side note, you call me a cow but the PS3 is the only current gen system I don't think is even worth buying yet. :|

Well it can't be done on the ps2 because as it said the engine and FF13 where moved to the PS3, I know nothing about games designing... but I don't think the white engine from the PS3 could just like that be moved over to the wii or ps2 for that matter.. there is just no way wii can handle them graphics.
