CONFIRMED! Microsoft's coporate VP Peter Moore sais NO MGS 4 for 360

Microsoft's coporate VP Peter Moore confirmed that Konami's Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots will not be coming to Xbox 360, the game remains as a PS3 exclusive title.

I would say Konami is more reliable that Peter Moore (switch the quote and cows would probably be making that connection also.)

This is not a confirmation, if it is true it is just the hammer nailing the confirmation deeper into the coffin.

How does Peter Moore confirm something like this? And Konami said it would be exclusive only if the ps3 starts doing better. So I could still see it being a timed exclusive.

Me too. In fact I was hoping it would stay exclusive for the PS3. What good is a PS3 if all of its so called exclusives continue to go to the 360, while looking better on the 360, playing better on the 360 and having more content on the 360?

maybe, but if the people funding your game don't see the profit margin they want don't expect alot of funds coming your way. Kojima (who doesn't make games for money) knows this and would rather port his project than risk it being sabotaged because of a financial disagreement.

Most likely lems will get a post release port w/out Kojima. Whether it's good or not can go either way, but lemmings will still be able to say ps3's best game is also on 360.
