Ive noticed this a lot this past year. For the most part, console gamers know their place. But occasionally, youll have a PS3 guy gather up a bunch of Uncharted 2 screenshots and claim victory over Crysis. And hes always like some GS nooby who just bought Uncharted 2 ages after everyone else already beat it. Then some jackass PC guy will come to the rescue with his little cherry picked screenshots of Crysis, sometimes with lighting mods and make life a living hell for 56k users. Then the PS3 guy gets flamed for about 5 pages until a mod comes in and locks the thread.

Its even funnier when 360 guys do this with Halo Reach but that kinda stopped after the Spike VGA thing passed.

When will this stop?

If you think about it, both PS3 and XBox 360 are computers under the hood rather than the traditional console of yesteryear. Some people can even run Linux on a PS3. Both consoles have games in common with the pc. Both consoles have many internet functions in common with a pc. Both consoles have parts made by companies that are well known in PC land.

I'm still primarily a pc gamer. But, if consoles added mouse and keyboard support, I'd feel right at home in console land.

The last time I felt console and pc were two different worlds were at the time of the PS1 and N64.
