Now hear me out, i don't want to sound like a fanboy here, it's just my reasons for this statemeant is because with console gaming online you never really have to worry about anything, just pop in the game and your good to go! With PC games online you gotta worry about graphical settings, because you may get less FPS than someone else and he has an advantage, also there alot of PC users don't use headsets which IMO is a MUST for online gaming. I just think it's more fun to pop in a game and just play! Not install, mess with setting, hope others have a mic etc. Basically with console gaming everyone is on level ground.

EDIT: Im NOT saying console games > PC games.

Or consoles > PC.

Just simply the online experience.

But you only have to do it one time, you have to set up a new account for EVERY new PC game you install.

I used a headset 1 time in my life and it was at a cs lan party. keyboard>headset when english is not your primary language. The rest of your argumentation is stupid and fanboyism and I am sure someone else will throw a brick at it sooner or later, because I am too lazy to do it tonight.

Eh? I normally just go and play. Unless you mean RTS where stats and stuff are tracked. Then I guess so. But even that is simpified to entering email, desired name and PW.

When I want to play Team Fortress 2 online I just double-click the shortcut and wait for the game to start up then find one of the many thousands of full servers and start playing. :|

You provide no actual proof to validate your claim that console online is superior to PC online.

i'd rather play an online shooter and rts with my razer diamondback and 5.1 headphones than playing a clunky controller and that cheap quality headset that comes with the 360 :)

Apparently pressing the power button and pressing the game shortcut is complicated for you. Even worst, you can even set the settings like you wish or let the game chose your settings... yeah that's horrible!

Install is done once... is that painfull for you? I mean some PS3 game use the install feature too.

Tweaking the video card? Yes, when you install the first time, it detects your hardware and set it for you. Pc gives you freedom to do what you want with a game, how is that bad?

Maybe he's dying, and only has days to live. He can't waste his time installing video games, he has to play them NAO.

Once a console becomes very cheap and comes with free online in Korea, than Starcraft will approve.

that's not "more fun" that's more convient. PC has less lags, dedicated servers (run much better than any P2P consoles have) and you have much higher chances of playing with simply more fun(ie..no swearing, helpful, willing to play in team etc) people than on consoles thanks to much more organized communities, clan servers and heavy admin jobs. Not to mention mods that can personalize your experience the way you want it

if you didn't know pc games auto detect best setings for your hardware, so no messing with settings, install, launch xfire pick your server and your in the games in under 10 secs from the desktop, no messing with settings or anything.

This sums it up right here. PC online gaming has been around for much longer and is a much more mature "product". The only reason I havent played PC more is because I havent dropped the cash for a bigger monitor (still have a 17in). That gets bothersome over time vs playing my PS3 on a 42 in.

Not true.

Nothing's more fun to play some mini game on Garry's Mod with guys screaming out internet memes, and playing sonic fanfic porn.

Seriously, every second is filled with epic lawlz.

If you want a serious side, Battlefield 2 blows everything away.

How hard is it to click the game icon go to multiplayer choose a server and play? 3 clicks is all it takes. Even games that need subscription u just enter email username and password within the game and u dont have to do it again

And how many console games support 150 players online. There are pc games that support 100-150 players online since 1998 if not earlier. Games like Joint operations support up to 150 players

So you aren't bothered by the lack of dedicated servers et cetera?

And at least I don't need to worry about graphical settings. I play CoD4 multiplayer on max at 100 fps.

1) I dont have to worry about anything graphically related, seeing as you know, I research the right parts and run everything maxxed on a good budget.

2) HEadsets? everyone? please the damn kids annoy me so much, I prefer only chatting to specific people or clans, or even in a 3rd party mic setting.

3) Matchmaking isnt as good as lobby-dedicated servers, sorry, it isnt, I can save mine to favourites, meet the regulars, go on clan servers, go on servers with only my favourite maps isntead of random.

Console online cant even compete with PC online for 5-10 years ago, and boasts about the ILLUSION of "Fair Fights".
