Console Mascots?

ok i was thinking about this,

Nintendo has Mario, it has built an empire using Mario for years

Microsoft has Master Chief, without the likes of the Halo games where would the xbox brand be (halo 3 sold almost 8 million to a fan base of almost 18 million thats almost 50% of the 360 fanbase which is incredible)

but when you think about the playstation brand who is there mascot, when i was little i considered crash bandicoot as like their mascot but then he become mutli-system, and then there are those monkeys from ape escape, cool characters and well known but i dont see them to PS as MC and Mario are to their brands

so who would you say is Playstations Mascot

i would wanna say snake but he was in SSBB, thats like seeing Mario on the PS3 or Master Chief on the Wii, and a 1st party character would be better than snake

I'd say Ratchet & Clank, Daxter, or Kratos.SpruceCaboose

of those Daxter is IMO the best one, Kratos doesnt really look like the mascot material, Ratchet is also a possibilty but Daxter is awesome

It has to be ratchet cause he's the most popular moreso than jak or daxter

when the PS1 first came out, alot of people claimed crash bandicoot as sony's mascot, but they abandoned that when the later games started to suck

i'd say snake, but he's been on the xbox (MGS2) the gamecube (twin snakes) and wii (brawl) and IMO mascots are supposed to be exclusive characters only, so he's out

right now it seems all they got is sackboy, ratchet, and kratos

well the PS1's unofficial mascot was the ape escape monkies, and PS2 was Jak and Daxter I belive...

PS3 id almost have to say the mascot is either Kratos, Ratchet and Clank or even at a stretch the cars in GT :P
