Console or PC - what is your preference?

PC by a large margin. Simply because I like the freedom it allows (use any controller, tweak any setting, free online, freedom of store you purchase from for the best deals, ...)

And it has the right games for me, being RTS and team focussed online FPS.

I'm definitely playing 50% on PC right now and 50% on PS4. But on average it'd be something like 75-25 or 80-20.

I would like to be 100% PC, but I have to waste money on consoles for exclusives. So, 90% PC.

I'd say it's 90% PC, 10% console. Owned a switch and xbox one X and sold the X since it was never used. Now they switch gets used in bed sometimes but the PC is for most gaming.

75% console. I only use PC to play EU V.

Console is around 5-10%, rest is PC. My PS4 is collecting dust at the moment waiting for some JRPGs.

90 percent console as the majority of games I play are Sony exclusives. I use my PC for photography and video editing for my business.

At this point in time I'm 100% console for gaming. My PC is generally used for photoshop and video editing.

80% PC, 18% hybrid, 2% consoles

75% PC, 25% Consoles. If it wasnt for the Switch, it would be 100% PC

In preference, it's 100% PC, but in practice it's 75% PC because I do play games on console, especially Switch these days. I have no problem with consoles - in fact I have a small collection of the retro ones. I'd just rather play on one platform day to day, and PC is the obvious choice for me for that. It has genres I love that are basically absent from consoles...

I'm usually 70% PC, but Switch is pretty lame right now, so it's been about 95% PC for a few months.

Seriously thinking about waiting at least 2 years before ever getting a Nintendo system again. Nintendo are really fucking slow and let their great dormant IPs just rot away. They have to do way better to keep me away from my PC. Feels like the quality of their games peaked with GC. Got worse with Wii, even worse with Wii U, and the worst it's ever been with Switch. And the frustrating part is that all of those systems sold way better than GC. Except Wii U maybe..

Just got Blasphemous on Switch though, so it's gonna be like 80% PC for a few days forward.

10-12 TFLOPS vs 30TFLOPS I'm sorry but I know what I'm spending my money on, I want to play games at the best settings and framerates possible and PC is the only place for that.

I don't spend $2K on a OLED TV to run my games at 30FPS.

I barely play consoles anymore. More like 85% PC, 15% console for me.

I lost a lot of interest in primarily gaming on consoles the past 2 gens. It's really been more of the same to be honest (especially PlayStation & Xbox). Seems like they only have like 3 must play exclusive gems a gen, and the rest are usually style over substance, or overrated. Honestly, the Switch is the most interesting console out of all of them. I think they were really on to something compelling making it a hybrid. But the lack of raw power & Nintendo being Nintendo hurts it a bit.

Like 95+% PC now.

Consoles, might play a game or two per year.

PS4 is mostly a Netflix box. XBX is a Ninja Gaiden box. Switch is at some girls house until the next game I want to play drops.

PC/Playstation has been my go to for a long time. Playstation for exclusives, PC for everything else. All my bases get covered, But man, oh man do I love my PC. It's like having a gaming companion that never leaves, and you can level up at your own pace. So like a Pokemon, but it glows and you can change it's color when you want.

I prefer console but I'd say it's roughly 50/50 for me.

25% console 75% PC as of now.

Gens 3-6 - 75% console, 25% PC

Gens 7-8 - 75% PC, 25% console

probably 90-95% PC, the rest PS4. I don't think i've turned my PS4 on yet this year, though in part its because i've been gaming less for much of the year due to concussing myself in the spring.

I use consoles exclusively. I find it to be more simple than PC gaming.

As far as I know, my PS4 Pro is still worth the money I paid for it. And when I get a PS5, I will get good money for it. Consoles also allow you to get games physical, which can retain their value as well. Inferior hardware for what tho? Most games play fine. I play COD and it looks great. Last of Us 2 is stunning. Ghost of Tsushima is one of the best looking games I've played, and I own a gaming PC.
