I bought an xbox in mid 2004.In 2005 the xbox 360 came and i HAD TO "upgrade" to the xbox 360 in order to keep playing games. With my PC i could lower the settings but still play games for a long time.
Tell me again that teh PC requires the upgrades??Seriously the fact that console fanboys just ignore this is just sad.
If somebody was to buy an xbox 360 now he will likely get no more than 2 years of gaming out of it.My 8800 has been playing games om high settings for 15 months now??So what is all your fuss with the whole PC needs the upgrading thing??:|

I have a great PC, and have only played Witcher on it, because PC simply has NOTHING for me, it is a dead system to me, and only 1-2 games could somewhat revive it, if not ported to 360 soon after PC releases (Dragon Age for example)
I play on my 360 for 2 years now, and have not TOUCHED my quad core pc, PC gaming is the ultimate joke of our times IMO, pay for graphics cards etc to play a shallow shooter in Crysis, the only game to make PC worth it, if you like the shallow mindless gameplay of the shooter genre that is
In whole of 2008, i will not touch my PC as well, there is nothing on the damn thing for me, i can't get on my 360, and when Dragon Age comes, a game that will be no match for games like Mass Effect 2 and Fable 2 anyway, will play it on my PC, and then let it die out again, hopefully forever, and all games come to my 360 and have no need to EVER touch that system again
From the moment 3D graphics cards entered pc gaming market, PC gaming died, that simple, and i hope it stays dead forever, so we can ALL enjoy the best of games without spending an arm and a leg, to buy hardware that will be for the garbage bin a few months (or weeks more than often) later
