Don't build pc like an idiot look at the top part the compatibility issues that pc you build has, also I don't see windows 10 there are you going to run that pc on love? Because the xbox one x comes with an OS.
I think a better argument is the fact that you save $60 a year for online play on pc intead of building a pc like a moron.
You also don't need a 590 to beat the xbox one x,the 1060 does it fine and the 580 as well in most games.
1. Some AMD A320 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Raven Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

CPU Type: AMD AM4 Socket Ryzen with Radeon Vega Graphics / Ryzen 1st Generation / 7th Generation A-series /Athlon X4 Processors
The real idiot is you when you didn't double check this particular "Asus - PRIME A320M-K Micro ATX AM4" Motherboard
The reason why I picked Ryzen 3 2200G is due to single CCX advantage over 1st gen Ryzen 3s.
2. Unable to verify the Rosewill - FBM-05 MicroATX Mini Tower Case has sufficient space to fit the ASRock - Radeon RX 590 8 GB Phantom Gaming X Video Card.
3. Gears of War 4 story, Forza Motorsport 7 wet tracks and Far Cry 5 X1X has beaten both RX-580 and GTX 1060. Your argument doesn't capture full X1X gaming experience.
4. 12 months Xbox Live Gold https://www.g2a.com/en-us/xbox-live-gold-subscription-card-xbox-live-global-12-months-i10000000202019
