Mod Nation Racers A mix of Mario Kart and Little Big Planet. Two games that sold very well on their respective consoles. MNR has the Play.Create.Share customization and level editor functions that made LBP so creative... and the gameplay and artstyle of Mario Kart Wii. Could this game flying under the radar be a killer app if Sony advertises it properly with one of their "It Only Does Everything" commercials? Mario Kart Wii has sold over 18 million copies, making it one of the best selling games of all time. You'd have to think quite a few of those people will have of an eye on MNR when it releases.

imo the game looks great. The problem I had with LBP, was that it was hard for me to create a good level. This game makes the customization look easy, so I am looking forward to it

I agree 100%. LBP took too much time and effort to figure out how to create a decent level. MNR level editor looks extremely easy to use but at the same time very in-depth. I have a feeling we're going to see a lot of amazing user created content in MNR making it have almost unlimited replay value!

I wanted to be good at LBP, but it was way too complicated. MNR should be easy; I guess I'll find out in the beta

Yup, after seeing there live demo at E3 where they created a track in 3 minutes, it looks much easier to create levels

I guess we will have a better idea of how good this game is when the Beta is released in a few days :-)

I'll judge it based on the actual gameplay, level editors aside, which, on LBP, which was mediocre.

I doubt it, from what I saw in E3 it looked more like a PSN game. Then again i thought the same about LBP and look how that turned out

By that logic, LBP should have sold A LOT more, since NSMB sold like 20 million units. That didn't happen.

NSMB just came out. and BTW I never said it would sell the exact same amount as Mario Kart Wii, I just said it could be a huge success.

NSMB =/= NSMBWii. And, if we start speculating with such vague arguments, everything could be a huge success.

NSMB came out three years ago on the DS. That's the version he's talking about
