Considering that Kojima included Monster Hunter in MGS: Peace Walker.

One could only wish. :P

Yeah but MGS: PW is MGS: PW and not MH: PW, so i think his question is valid in that regard, its still not going to happen though.Well, its called MARVEL Vs CAPCOM 3.
Not MARVEL Vs CAPCOM 3 Vs a little bit of Konami
Shirokishi_
damn i sure hope so. They could also throw kratos or master chief into the mix, I have no problems having either characters on the other consoles.

It might have been a trade off, Capcom wanted Peace Walker to include Monster Hunter and in return Marvel vs. Capcom has Snake as a playable character. I hope so.
i think he should snake can improve any game, just look at brawl, it made it from a kiddie fighter to a real fighting game just like thatdolph1073
Captain Falcon > Snake though D:
Cappy is way more manly
Kojima asked if he could put his character in a Nintendo All-Stars Fighting Game and got his wish so...
Why Not?

Sony has no say in the subject of Solid Snake.
Isn't Snake owned somewhat by Konami? Although he did appear in SSBB....

Kojima can do whatever he wants. He can persuade Bungie to include Snake as the main character in Halo: Reach if he wanted to.
The power of Kojima. :P

No it's an invalid question.
It's Capcom characters vs. Marvel characters, what is so hard to understand?
Unless maybe they pull a Soul Calibur II and have special characters in each version of the game.

This is a nice point... however, I still find it a lil difficult to happen.
Would be awesome though.

Konami has no connection whatsoever with Capcom yet Monster Hunter appears in MGS. Even though it's Marvel vs. Capcom doesn't mean they can't throw in a special character or two.

As much as I love Captain Falcon, Snake is more manlier. Who else do you know carries a box around? :P
Also Snake is arguably the most powerful character in Brawl.

1) I already told you you have a nice point on the trade-off
2) Snake appeared on a Nintendo ONLY fighter, so I can't see why Capcom can't do the same.
I still think it's very unlikely though.

Snake has actually been on a few nintendo systems, in the past so it's not as far fetched as him being in a game called Marvel vs. Capcom.
That would be wicked if Capcom pulled a console exclusive character for each game. Just think... Master Chief would make sense to have as an over-the-top character. He's got plasma grenades, spartan lasers, and super strength to have him make sense for the game. As for the Sony side, I would say Kratos would make a worthy addition for his crazy combos.

And PC could get Gordon Freeman I got it! He would be a crazy grappler with his gravity gun! A harassing projectile could be him lobbing a headcrab that stuns the opponent. His supers could be summons such as Summon Antlions or Summon D.O.G. :P[QUOTE="SparkyProtocol"]

Am i the only one against putting none-Marvel/Capcom chracters in this game? :?
It'll totally ruin it, just focus on the 2 companies. Not make it into a dish sink to dump everything into. And yeah, Snake's been making lots of appearances in other games lately, hes turning into the Nicholas Cage of gaming.
won't happen. the Marvel vs. Capcom series is too big to put in some third-party characters (by third party i mean not Marvel or Capcom). alot of fans will be pissed if they included Snake and in turn did not include the 2nd lead villain in issue #465 of some random arc. nerdrage will be over 9000. LOL.

You're not alone. There are already a ton of Marvel and Capcom characters that I'd like to see that most likely won't make the cut. If they shove some non Marvel/Capcom characters in it'll be at the expense of characters I actually want to see. That would just be irritating.

No, Snake is a third party character, so he can go to any system Kojima wishes him to appear on. That's why the Nintendo Gamecube got MGS: The Twin Snakes and why Snake appeared in Brawl.
If he was a Sony only character, why has he appeared on Nintendo consoles?
I don't think so. The game is called Marvel vs. Capcom and I think that is where they will be pulling their characters from. Personally I think the inclusion of Monster Hunter elements into Peace Walker was more of an attempt to move more units, but it is a valid point. However the game features stuff from Ubisoft and Square Enix as well, so it's not like there was some deal worked out there. Also I think Snake would be an odd inclusion in Marvel vs. Capcom as well.kejigoto
Lol the addition of Monster Hunter would only move just a few more units because MGS already has a HUGE fanbase in Japan, I think the addition of Monster Hunter was just something Kojima did for the fans.
Also Snake would have killer moves in MVC3. Obviously we all know he can fight, his super? Probably a barrage of CQC ultimate attacks and/or Metal Gears creating havoc. :P
