I never hype a game, NEVER! but i actually got impressed by the HD trailer. For the first time in my hype history i hype it a possible AAA, looks fantastic!

suddenly its okay to have kiddie games.. (and im stating this here.. LBP looks awesome graphically Viva pinata looks better though) oh the double standard..
The game looks awesome... not sure about AAA awesome, but it definitely looks better than Roboblitz. For a platformer title, it just might be AAA. The co-op aspect is sure to be a blast.
I'm 26 so Jak & Dex and Rach & Clank are probably the closest I'll get to a platformer title (I don't like the Mario games either).... but I'd definitely pick this game up for my son.

Cows think its not the same old side scroller in hi-def because its on PS3. *rimshot* I will laugh when this scores way lower than Alien Hominid HD on 360. Cows can quote me on that.
I'm no Sony lover and even I think this has a chance at AAA. The game looks simply awesome. Super Paper what? Too bad MS would never consider getting a game like this.
I think it's safe to say after GDC that PS3 will be the best console this gen.

LBP is one of those games that looks like it deserves AAA, but as a downloadable title, not sold in-stores for $60 alongside games like Mass Effect and MGS4.

What, you've seen a few pics of it and know that its a build your own sidescrolling platformer?
Why hype something you know such few details about? You'd think after motorstorm's lack of options and now learning that warhawk is only multiplayer you would want to wait to undertand more about the game before you start hyping.
I dont see why someone couldn't hype it... it looks very interesting in its early build!
The only thing I can see getting in the way of the inspired gameplay is the lack of motivation, you may get bored fast... What are you doing? In mario the puzzles come from not just the platfroming, but also dodging the enemies and using them to actually help you in some cases. This seems to just be a bunch of strait forward puzzles that could get boring...
I am difinantly looking forward to the next time we see this game!

Yeah, and so does RoboBlitz. Doesn't make it anything more than an arcade game. At least so far.
This has just been unveiled recently, who knows how much depth the game has. It could easily be worth the full price... or it could not be, hard to say for sure, but it definitely looks interesting.
