Yeah. An often ignored (by hermits) fact about consoles these days. Take the best gaming KB/M out there and there is a way to configure it to run on the PS4 and Xbox One.

I think shooters are the main focus. I'm not sure. All I know is that i've even seen the Uncharted games working with Kb/M on PS3. As in WASD to move, Shift to sprint, left click to shoot, right click to reload, stuff like that. I'm not sure what exactly is required though.

Because it was sold out immediately, and a lot of press is very positive about it.

when I get my PS4 I'm gonna use the Xbox 360 controller instead, superior analog modules there, an official Microsoft corded Xbox 360 controller costs about $30, 1/2 the price of a DS4 and will last much longer, and even though I sold my Xbox 360 when I moved I still kept couple controllers

I wish Microsoft allowed for Xbox 360 controllers to be used on Xbox One, I guess this is one of those rare cases I feel like echoing that "thank you Sony!" sentiment

@tushar172787: The solutions I know of simply emulate buttons on console gamepads. They don't give you true mouse acceleration, etc.

However, we were playing, 5 of us against just one guy in Halo 5. Guy slaughtered us 50 to 9!

And most of us were really skillful players. I'm sure he was using some kinda hack with KM/B, because he'd always turn on you within a milisecond with an insta-headshot.

@tushar172787: It's very limited and even with high end kb/m it's not a great experience. I tested it with FFXIV on the PS4 with my Corsair K70 KB and M90 mouse and they felt less responsive than they should have.

That's a console, different story. Without a console you can't do anything. Without a $150 controller you can do things like hmmm use your current controller... Lems were also dumb for spending $500 on a bundle with the forced kinect.

It's not different at all, the elite controller is a high priced option. The PS3 at 600 with no games was still bought by dumb cows when there was a cheaper Xbox 360 with a lot more games at the same time.

He is advertising that you can use an Elite controller on PS4 just in case people did not know. What is so wrong about that? I am sure there are disabled gamers on the PS4 who have taken great interest on this controller that might be very happy they can use this instead of paying even more money on one of those other specialty brand controllers.

Except that adapter works with any USB based controller. Including the DS3, 360, or some random third party PC USB controller. It's not like MS went out their way to make the elite controller work on PS4. But yeah, people downplaying it are just being butthurt because the OP said 'superior input' no doubt. To get a launch 360 up and running with the basic shit you expect and need to be on par with a launch PS3 (still won't be on par) your going to pay minimum of $570 forgot 360 also didn't have HDMI..$590!!!

($400 premium model + $100 Wireless adapter + $50 for online capability + $20 for charge and play kit + $20 HDMI adapter)....and this is before factoring in additional $60 xbl subscription requirements--let's not even talk about the stupid add on's for 360 which lems deafened tooth and nail that ended up being scrap metal.

Original PS3 was, and currently still proves to have be the smartest and forward thinking investment of the last generation, anyone who bought one proved to be the most intelligent of console buyers.

The fact remains the same; You paid $600 for a PS3 that had shit for games in the beginning.
