nah I think the ps3 has better online games, warhawk is great and we have cod4 as well best online game out and then well we have ut3 right now, plus Resistance 40 player matches, ps3 online is great fun.

I don't think they will, I think they will probably go the route of robbing people via downloadable content, especially once home gets here. Its the same route a lot of "free" mmorpg's have taken

From what i've seen so far sony isn't as money grubbing as microsoft, so i don't think they will charge for online, and i will be annoyed if sony does start charging for online
Why does it matter if online costs $50 a year? - I had to spend 8 times that on my car again last service and expect to have to do the same again next year...... sometimes things cost money because people who provide the things we want need money to live. It's the way things work.

No, the real question is, if PSN is free, why are people with both machines still willing to pay $50 for XBL?
Answer: because it's worth it. XBL's unified messaging and skill matching just destroy PSN, and Marketplace just has piles more content than PS Store, with plenty more releasing all the time instead of a trickle on Thursdays.

There is no way Sony could start charging for it as it is now. If it was developed further to be on par with live then yes, I would expect them to start charging for it.
