Fanboys can't accept reality.  Everyone except the Sony fanboys knew that Sony was doing many many things wrong.  The fanboys were completely blind to it:  We don't need rumble!  $600 is cheap!  Sony isn't arrogant...  everyone loves Sony! Bluray wins the format wars with PS3.  Developers say no to other consoles because they need the BluRay.

The other consoles will be dead in half the time before Sony makes their next console.

Meanwhile, PSP is slowing taking away Nintendo's handheld market.  Nintendo is going down as Kutaragi planned 10 years ago.

He's a sheep and all his posts are about sales and never about the games. He is the most annoying fanboy all his post say the same thing, just worded differently. I am a Sony fan, not fanboy, and I'm not worried since Sony will do well enough to release a PS4 and that's all that matters, besides the games.

Why don't you, the TC, ever make a post about the wii's good games, because that is more important than sales?

Plus the PS3 has enough good games coming out, and still could beat the 360 and maybe the wii, you never know.

First thing: It's accepted not excepted n00b :P

Second, I've hardly started worrying about PS3. Not to mention, Sony's gamers day ends on Wednesday and I'm pretty sure we'll have a lot to look forward to. 

with playstation 3 it can only get better selling 69.000 consoles less then xbox360 with a 600 pricetag with a possible pricedrop this year it can only get better not to mention a ps3 without a good game library, bashed to death and hardly any good AAA games...

really if there is one company that should worry its microsoft, its not doing well in japan i mean its dead really dead no matter what they try microsoft already released some good games in japan games they like RPG still it cant sell more then a ps3 without any RPG. In america the xbox360 is 200 cheaper has a good game library many triple AAA games the best version in most multiplats and still it cant manage to double ps3 sales... thats something i would worry about

wii on the other hand is stealing hype from both but thats a good thing for sony because of this xbox360 cant run away. it will give sony time to pump up the action, reduce ps3 costs sony is saving the action just when the wii hype fades away and why promote the ps3 when the cashcow ps2 is still doing well.. the majority of the people are not ready for next-gen this is why ps2 is still selling well in the meanwhile sony is gearing up for when they are by then xbox360 already released alot of their good exclusives and people wont care about these because the only thing you see is ps3 all over the place and ps3 exclusive games...

I heard mentioned quite often from other players that it looked like a Halo 2.5, but I've gone back and played Halo 2 multiplayer lately and I believe Halo 3 looks much better. Maybe I've been spoiled by too many solid next-gen first person shooters as of late, and was expecting Halo 3 to top those, as well. With that said, you see the visor actually going online now, and the HUD is actually imbedded and arched on the inside of the visor. Water effects are outstanding, and a spike grenade exploding in a corridor looks quite impressive. However, we've still noticed a number of jaggies in some places, especially at a distance."

Not really, most hyped AAA games actually live up to their hype on PS3. MEtal Gear Solid 4, and LAir are all exceeding expectations. So the future for the PS3 looks great. Right now there really isn't much difference between 360 and PS3, considering ther best games are multi-plat like Oblivion and RS6: VEgas and GRAW 2. Not to mention 360 is losing most of their exclusive sequesl like condemned and saints row. Not that PS3 fans need those games anyway.

But really, theres nothing to worry about. Unless your hyping Halo 3.

Gosh, no wonder the world is such a messed up place. I mean what is with the anger, the arogance, the near hatred that people are spewing on this post. I don't care who or what it is directed at, how on earth is anything intelligent supposed to be accomplished if the only real discussion that occurs is "your system sucks!" "No, your system sucks." Really, why does anyone care that one system outsells or beats another. Hasn't anyone here heard of competition, capitalism, the idea that the more companies compete, the better off the buyers are. Who seriously wants to see only one option as far as gaming consoles go? I don't. I want to see as many options as possible so I can buy what I want, not what I have to settle for.

One last note, I am quite frankly sick of the insults, and the comments about other gamers stupidity. The fact is that ninety percent of the people on here that are being jerks or full of themselves can't even seem to write complete, coherent sentences. You want to have an opinion, you want people to listen to you? Why don't ya try using proper grammer and structure so people can understand you? lmao :lol: we're not ignorant to doubt one of the greatest gaming companies success only 6 months into it's console release. I dont know why this huge loss is such a big shock to everyone way before the PS3 was released there were analysts already stating sony would lose around that much in the first year. Plus all this reminds me of PS2 so why should I be worried when I see history repeating itself?

1) Removal of emotion engine for software emulation

2) 65nm Cell Processors cost less to produce

3) Removal of 20GB SKU in NA

4) Blu-Ray costing less to manufacture.

And this is what I meant about fanboys not accepting reality...   and that goes for fanboys of any console.

I have been a visitor to System Wars for a few years now, and there was not ONE SINGLE Sony fanboy that predicted how poor Sony sales would be, and how few games would be out after 6 months.  Sony fans were CONVINCED that the graphics would blow the 360 out of the water.  They were convinced the Wii and 360 would die early deaths once the gaming public beheld their baby jesus:  The PS3.

The situation is EXACTLY the opposite of what was expected by Sony fans.  Multiplats are better on the 360 (most often).  The 360 has a better game collection (currently).  Monthly 360 sales are topping PS3 sales (currently in US).  And the Wii is blowing the PS3 out of the water in ALL territories they are competing in.

I am not anti-PS3.  I will buy a PS3 if I ever think it is worth it.  But certainly the Sony fanboys should stop pretending they did not COMPLETELY misjudge the situation.
