Cows, this is what you should be hyping!

No wonder cows have such a bad name on this board, they hype the wrong games. Yeah, Killzone 2 looks pretty, but get over it. You do know that your number one selling franchise is Gran Turismo right? Gran Turismo 3 alone sold 15 million copies! Now GT:5 prologue comes out with all this new info and vids showing how it's going to completly blow the racing sim world away, and you're still talking about killzone!?

Best looking racing game ever made confirmed.

Improved AI has been confirmed.

Do some research cows, they are adding so many features to this franchise and you're still hyping a sequel to an unproven game. No lemming can talk down to GT5 now, their original argument was a weak - "teh bumper cars and no damage ewwww!!" . Now that it's been proven invalid, the only thing they can think of - "i dont want to do license tests." or better yet - "keep waiting."

Cows, this is your Halo. Hell, Final Fantasy 13 is your golden game too and I haven't seen hype for it in months. Just killzone,killzone, and what? Haze!? The lemmings managed to hype Blue Dragon more than FF13 and White Knight Story combined,and you let them. Sometimes I wonder if the cows on here even own PS3s. I don't, but even I can read the f***ing news.

thats why i stay quitet whenever a hype thread comes along, i dont like hyping games when i dont know how they are going to come up, thats why hyping downplays a game. you can get excited for a game but not to the point fro predicting scores becasue scores can go either way.i think we should just wait for a game to come out to see how it turns out.

I think Uncharted deserves more hype. Naughty Dog is a proven developer, making a title that looks very original, will have varied and complex gameplay, and shows off the PS3's hardware. But people are talking more about Killzone 2 and Warhawk than Uncharted. Why is that? sonicmj1

well mostly killzone becasue its hard not to hype and game thats so high profile and has alot of media. WArhawk becasue people have played the beta and its tons of fun, there hasnt been alot about uncharted (sorry if wrong im not up to date with that game)

well it's kinda hard to hype games that you don't get much info on or games that won't release until who knows what time next year.

I agree 100% with the TC. Stop hyping games that are not deserving in the hope that they will hit the AAA sweet spot.

There are enough proven Sony franchises that deserve the hype. They may be a little late to the races, but they are coming. The PS3 will eventually have some decent AAA games.

At the same time stop giving great 360 titles a hard time just because you have AAA envy.

Yeah. A) there's not enough material

B) it's just another JRPG we don't see or hear about enough

C) I have no idea how the actual game mechanics work. Literally, the only real gameplay vid I have is basically a collection of cinematics, and there's about 3 screenshots for the game overall. If even that.

It looks interesting, but, I dunno. Not much to get excited over.

Exactly!! Like since when did Lair and Heavenly Sword flopped?! Even if it got around the A-AA area doesn't it mean the game is bad or a flop. I'm now hyping games in my mind except MGS4. I don't want Lems and sheeps to go crazy whenever a game "flops" by getting A-AA reviews. And besides, How many "OMGZ Blue Dragon flopped" threads have there been? Makes you wonder, doesn't it.

Haze is going to surprise a lot of people.

I dont even hype games because it's just some damn number. I have playedgames that I enjoyed alot more than what Gamespot or some other editor/reviewersaid in a review.But that's all the people around here seem to give a half ass about is if a game is a 9.0.
