Cows - What would you rather have?

Lot of talk of Bioshock coming to PS3 and was thinking.

If Gears, Mass Effect and Bioshock went to PS3 would you buy it? Or buy it on the PC?

Forget about timeframe by the way, like it coming out a year later.

This is a tough one. Gears is a great looking game with some cool features. But fairly soon, there may be games (even bioshock and mass efeect themselves) that will beat Gears in graphics and such. Therefore, no Gears, too old.

Bioshock is, I assume (never played it), the best looking game of all three. And it sounds like it is pushing gaming to a new high. Therefore, I'd like to see such innovation on PS3. Buuuut I, personally, don't think that Bioshock is my type of game. I'm not sure. So, maybe Mass Effect would be better.

Mass Effect looks amazing too. But not as amazing as Bioshock. And while the gameplay seems to be more inline with what i like, it does seem like it may get boring, like Oblivion. So, I'm not sure if this one is right either.

I guess I would say Bioshock.

No, actually, instead of buying a 360 we play all the 360 "exclusive" games on PC for 10 bucks less and with free online-play.

lol, I guess I'm just not into the whole sci-fi thing, but I can see how they can be fun. Gears was pretty fun for MP (one of my mates has it) so I'd definitely pick that up for the PS3 if it came.

But it won't, and it's gonna be one of the 1st titles I'll get when I get the 360 way in the future.

Of course they do...!!! Let the cows tell the story they all having gaming PCs to complement their PS3s, which is why they try to claim ownage when a title is available for both 360 and PC.:roll:

In a nutshell, if they cant have the game on their console, they're not interested...until the possibility of multiplat is announced then they jump on the franchise bandwagon!!!

I hope PS3 gets Bioshock cause everyone needs to experience this game, I just played the demo not too long ago and wow. The atmosphere in the game is something I haven't felt in a LONG time. It's not just a FPS. Very heavy on the importance of a story and story paths IMO and ofcourse the feeling of doom and gloom just sets in within minutes.

Seriously. that statement is just silly. If Bioshock turns out to be the game of the decade, I'm sure PS3 fans will get it some way or another. You just upset that PS3 fans are not buying into the hype for a game that's not on their system. Well no freaking duh!!!

If anyone is concerned about Mass Effects combat, or unsure about the game, I urge you to check out the 1upshow this week. It has a large segment with lots of new gameplay footage in it, and some of the voice acting which is shown off is amazing. It totally restarted my hype for the game, which had dropped.

If cows can afford a 600$ console, i'm pretty sure cows can afford a gaming PC or a graphic card that will run those games.

I, as a PS3 owner is waiting to see the potential of this game to flourish. I'm not going to be crying when it first come out. I will be asking a million question to PC/360 gamers on their opinions of the game. I will wait for the sale number to come in after 2 months or so. Then I will make a decision to buy this game on PC or if their is any speculation of this game getting ported to the PS3 I'll wait. One thing for sure, I will not miss the opportunity to play a game of a life time.

Why would someone be upset when they have Bioshock to play.

And did you just call it hype? Did you not read any reviews?
