Yes, I'm sure you can clearly see the differences via an off-screen video clip with the TVs taking up a grainy ~200x150 pixels each.

Even with older clips of better detail, the only noticeable difference was contrast. Anyone saying otherwise is seeing what they want to, tbh.

One is lighter while the other is darker. Big whoopin deal. If you wanna get technical wait till digital foundry does their scientific experiment to find out which version is better.

You will notice the 360 version suffers from frame rate and texture pop in. I do agree the lighting is better but that is a miniscule difference.

Yes they look identical, but maybe what the tc should of been asking is why are they identical. Isn't the PS3 that much more powerful graphically, shouldn't it have the edge?

fail. youre not avoiding that. the consoles never run on the highest settings. never. and right now theyre on the equivelent of medium settings in every game. nobody upgrades every year except enthusiests and idiots and of course if your hardware is worse than a console it will look worse what kind of statement was that?

like with every game exclusive or multiplat the differences are minor but the 360 version has the edge. even from a video the differences are obvious. the ps3s lighting is on par with medium plus light beams. while the 360 is on high. also the AA is better. both are subject to pop ins and such.

overall just the tech demo easily has some of the best if not the best graphics on the consoles

Look at the words "demo". The graphics always get worse as the real game comes closer. Lets see whos graphics will worsened when all the physics, units, and maps come into place.

Fermi is coming in november and the cards are going to beat ATI cards. ATI is going for a 5870x2 but we all know Crossfire dont works more with the third card so 3xgt300s would be the most powerful solution for gaming, in the end. The midrange cards are going to be released first next year but who cares? I am looking for horsepower.

Both versions look close and this engine is the definitive prove that 360 and PS3 are tecnically no diferent. Of course some sony fanboys desagree since they think Uncharted2 and Killzone2 look better than Crysis...:?
