Agreed the bloom is overwheling, but that is likely because of being on "medium" shaders ... same deal in Crysis 1 (though not so bad, its a console thing to overbloom I think)

Given that only until the last few days, everything we had been shown was 360 settings, PC gamers didn't really have any indication as to how the game would look on their platform.

That said, I don't think console gamers are really in a position to judge what meets PC gamers expectations. Anything beyond console capability would be deemed satisfactory by them, and anyone having issues just being "elitist whining hermits".

Crysis was a graphics juggernaut and we have had years of technological progress since then, expectations are high.

And that's only medium settings, with some shaders on high.

Looks like a video game to me :? Not quite at photorealism yet.

If you think that looks real then you've never been to New York.

It isn't nearly as dirty. Plus there's something about the geometry that's a little off.
